BudgetTruck.com Receives Industry's Highest User Satisfaction Scores

Budget Truck Rental's Web site that have helped make it the industry's
highest rated in user satisfaction, according to a recent study.
Asked which Web site they were most satisfied with, 47 percent of
respondents named BudgetTruck.com, while only 25 percent named the leading
competitor's Web site, according to the study conducted by Harris
Interactive. Of the 72 percent of respondents who claimed to have higher
satisfaction with one site over the other, 65 percent were more satisfied
with Budget Truck.
Enhancements to Budget Truck Rental's Web site include a simplified
booking process that guides customers step-by-step through the entire
reservation process, as well as enhanced mapping tools for finding Budget
Truck locations, useful moving tips and improved online help.

About the Study
Harris Interactive conducted a double-blind random sample survey in
which respondents evaluated the reservation processes on Budget's Web site
and the Web site of a leading competitor. Respondents viewed the Web sites
randomly, and were then asked a series of questions relating to the sites'
usability. After evaluating both sites, respondents were asked to compare
the experiences offered by both sites. Over 1,000 respondents completed the
evaluation process.
