Growing participation and increasing interest from end users accelerate OSA
initiatives
SAN FRANCISCO, June 25 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Open Solutions
Alliance (OSA), a nonprofit, vendor-neutral consortium dedicated to driving
interoperability and adoption of comprehensive open solutions, today
announced its Customer-level membership class and the addition of four new
members.
CorraTech, Ingres, Open IT Works and UK-based brokerage firm Redmayne-
Bentley join existing members to establish interoperability practices and
protocols that meet the increasing demand for open solutions. Redmayne
Bentley is the first member to join under the OSA's new Customer-level
membership.
The OSA Customer-level membership has been established to further
increase the dialog between vendors and users of open solutions. Customers
will now be able to actively participate in OSA initiatives, have direct
influence on specific OSA projects and make contributions that are included
in the final work products of the Alliance.
