Combination Grows Ask.com's User Base and Strengthens Position in the
General Search Market

IAC (Nasdaq: IACI), today announced the completion of the previously
announced agreement to acquire Lexico Publishing Group LLC, owner of
Dictionary.com, Thesaurus.com, and Reference.com.
The all-cash transaction was announced on May 15, 2008.
