performance tires from Goodyear have been selected as the exclusive rubber to
carry it there.

Goodyear Eagle RS-A tires in 20-inch rim diameters will carry each of the
391-horsepower SUVs when they begin hitting the streets this fall.
In a P255/50R20 size, the Goodyear Eagles are mounted on sporty aluminum
wheels, adding a strong performance flavor to the TrailBlazer SS, which has
been lowered for a brawny street look.
The new vehicle makes a strong performance statement, and reflects Chevy's
performance heritage. While a TrailBlazer by name, the new SS model actually
is similar in length, size, weight and power to the legendary 1967 Chevelle SS
396, according to Chevrolet.
The Goodyear tires help provide the grip that allows the TrailBlazer SS to
excel in cornering and acceleration. Early media reports highlight the
combination of style and performance found in a vehicle that still stresses
utility.
Goodyear tires are original equipment on many vehicles from Acura,
Cadillac, Chevrolet, Dodge, Ford, GMC, Honda, Hummer, Infiniti, Isuzu, Jeep,
Land Rover, Lexus, Mazda, Mercury, Mitsubishi, Nissan and Toyota.
Traditionally, more new vehicles in North America are equipped with Goodyear
tires than any other brand.
