will bring iPhone 3G to 10 more countries in the region on August 22.
iPhone 3G will be available through America Movil's Latin American
operations in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala,
Honduras, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay.
iPhone 3G combines all the revolutionary features of iPhone plus 3G
networking that is twice as fast*, built-in GPS for expanded location-based
mobile services, and iPhone 2.0 software which includes support for
Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync and runs hundreds of third party applications
available through the new App Store.
America Movil is leading the adoption of 3G technologies in Latin
America with the largest UMTS/HSDPA platform in the region. Today America
