Hall, Berry Hamilton, Robert Lore, and Jessie Torres bring a wealth of real

Based in Tampa, Robert Hall manages the Gulf and Central Regions of the
Florida market. Prior to joining Spectrus, Mr. Hall was an investment real
estate advisor in Tampa with Marcus & Millichap in their National Office
and Industrial Property Group. His professional affiliations include the
National Association of Realtors (NAR), Florida Gulf Coast Commercial
Association of Realtors (FGCAR), and National Association of Industrial and
Office Properties (NAIOP).
Berry Hamilton is based in Atlanta and manages the Georgia, Alabama,
and Mississippi markets. Mr. Hamilton joins Spectrus with 26 years of
experience in the real estate and pension funds advisory areas. He is a
former partner with Trammel Crow Company, a VP with The L&B Group, and
Lomas/INVESCO Realty Advisors. Mr. Hamilton is a member of National
Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Atlanta
Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR), the Atlanta Board of Realtors (ABR)
and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
Robert Lore manages the North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee
markets. He is based in Charlotte, NC. A 19-year commercial real estate
investment and financial professional, Mr. Lore most recently led Coldwell
Banker Commercial MECA office in Charlotte. He was also with Price
Waterhouse Coopers and Arthur Anderson in Atlanta. His professional
affiliations include the North Carolina Association of Realtors (NCAR),
Charlotte Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR), Raleigh Regional
Association of Realtors (RRAR), South Carolina Association of Realtors
(SCAR), Charleston Trident Association of Realtors (CTAR), Certified

Jessie Torres manages the South Florida market for Spectrus and is
based in Miami. He was formerly a National Sales Manager for the Eastern US
with LandAmerica Financial in Ft. Lauderdale and a Regional Manager with
CoStar for the Florida and California markets. Mr. Torres is a member of
the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), National Association
of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and the Realtors Association
of Miami.
