CLEVELAND, Sept. 25 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Maltz Museum of
Jewish Heritage has added four new members to its Board of Trustees as the
Museum continues to strengthen and diversify Board activities and
involvement.
The new members are:
-- Rosalie Cohen is a Board Member of the Museum of Contemporary Art
Cleveland, a Board Member of the Contemporary Art Society of the
Cleveland Museum of Art, and supports many arts and social services
organizations. She will serve on the Museum's Special Exhibitions
Committee.
-- David Katz, President of EB Katz Mechanical, was engaged in the
construction of the Maltz Museum, is involved in Bellefaire and the
Jewish Community Federation, and is a past President of the Mechanical
Contractors Association. He will serve on the Museum's Facilities
Committee.
-- Barbara Miller, Co-owner of Graffiti, Inc., is a lifelong Cleveland
resident, Board Chair of The Lillian & Betty Ratner School, Board
Member of Bellefaire, Vice President and Board Member at Park Synagogue
and The Ruth Ratner Miller Center for Greater Cleveland's Future. She
will serve on the Museum's Membership Committee.
-- Bill Stern, President/CEO of Stern Advertising, Inc., currently serves
as the Chair of the Marketing Committee for the Jewish Community
Federation and is Vice President of the Board of The Temple-Tifereth
Israel. He will Chair the Museum's Marketing Committee.
They join returning members re-elected for a one-year term: Renee
Chelm, Ron Cohen (Chair, Finance), Louis Freiberg (Chair, Facilities), Lois
Goodman (Chair, Membership), Robert Gries, Jacob Hennenberg, Margery
Kohrman, Keith Libman, Milton Maltz (Board Chair), Tamar Maltz (Board
President), Albert Ratner (Chair, Development and Nominating) Phil
Wasserstrom (Chair, Strategic Planning), and Judith Weiss (Chair, Special
Exhibitions).
Adele Silver has become the Museum's first Honorary Trustee, and Rabbi
Richard Block (The Temple-Tifereth Israel), Judi Feniger (Executive
Director, Maltz Museum) and Steven Hoffman (Jewish Community Federation)
continue as ex- officio members.
