Building of the Year" or "TOBY" award for the Nevada Chapter. City Centre
Place, a 103,200 square foot six-story class-A high-rise building located
in the heart of downtown Las Vegas, Nevada, is managed by Triple Net
Properties, LLC on behalf of Tenant in Common investors. The property was
developed in 2002 and offers several amenities including a bank, cafe and
sandwich shop.
The TOBY awards were created in 1985 to salute excellence in the office
building industry. Now in its 20th year, the TOBY Award is the most
prestigious and comprehensive program of its kind in the commercial real
estate industry, recognizing quality in office buildings and awarding
excellence in office building management. All facets of a building's
operations are thoroughly evaluated during the judging process, including
tenant relation programs, community involvement, emergency preparedness,
parking facilities, energy management, security standards and continuing
education for the building personnel.
There were a total of 8 awards presented at the Nevada TOBY Awards and
the City Centre Place team is honored to have been awarded the TOBY for
office buildings between 100,000 square feet - 250,000 square feet. Andrea

Southwest Regional Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada in January 2007 to
compete for the regional TOBY. Once again, it shows that Triple Net
