The new Division is led by Harold Levy, a 15-year veteran in the
recruitment industry. Mr. Levy held senior management roles at TMP
Worldwide, Monster Worldwide and most recently, he served as Sr. Vice
President at Bernard Hodes Group. "Bayard is bringing a totally integrated
approach to Enrollment Marketing," shared Levy. "For us, it's an
