company, today announced that it has acquired mbuzzy, the industry's first
off-portal mobile community in the U.S. market. mbuzzy provides both an
online and mobile environment to let people interact, share user-generated

community and social media capabilities to its portfolio of interconnected
brands, which also includes SendMeMobile.com and SoLow.com. The acquisition

entertainment, and now community. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
