Co., Ltd. ("Qiao Xing Mobile" or "the Company") (NYSE: QXM), one of China's

CEC Telecom Co., Ltd. (CECT), today announced its ground breaking product,
the TD-SCDMA mobile handset G100.
This latest innovative model consists of state-of-the-art features
allowing users to experience the full range of 3G content, including video
conferencing and high-speed internet functions. Further to the Company's
principle strategy of developing differentiated mobile handsets with value-
added features, the new G100 will also be equipped with some of CECT's most
popular original features, such as the well-known ultra-long standby
battery, voice recognition, multimedia player and a high resolution camera.
