invite-only launch event last night in Beverly Hills. Continuing their

style and personalization, T-Mobile has partnered with fashion legend Diane
von Furstenberg and urban giant Lifted Research Group (LRG) to create the
latest generation of the iconic T-Mobile Sidekick.
The launch event for the limited edition T-Mobile Sidekicks followed
the seasonal soiree hosted by Fred Segal Beauty founders Michael A. Baruch
and Paul DeArmas, along with Smashbox Cosmetics founders Dean and Davis
Factor. These long-time childhood friends hosted the leaders of the beauty
and fashion community like Paul Starr, Jennifer Nicholson, Michelle
Trachtenberg and Tatiana and Alex von Furstenberg at an exclusive dinner at
Mr. Chow to celebrate and recognize beauty and fashion in Los Angeles.
Following the highly exclusive dinner, beautiful and fashionable guests
including Mischa Barton, Jenny McCarthy, Pete Wentz and Slash joined them
at the launch event to get the first look at the new limited edition
T-Mobile Sidekicks.
For fashion's hottest event, T-Mobile designed and constructed a
custom- built boutique, featuring elaborate venue settings. Stars such as
Amber Tamblyn and Rumer Willis admired the Diane von Furstenberg Sidekick
from T-Mobile that accessorized the fashion icon's latest designs in a
replica of her freestanding Diane von Furstenberg the Shop found all over
the world and "tried on" the Diane von Furstenberg Sidekick from T-Mobile
with their own outfits. DMC and Chris Kattan checked out the Lifted
Research Group Sidekick from T-Mobile in a customized window display of a
campground setting that played off their design.
Music icon Debbie Harry took the stage, thrilling the fashion-forward
crowd with a special acoustic set. Following the performance, The MisShapes
and DJ Albie kept Lindsay Lohan and Mischa Barton dancing all night as
Brandon Boyd, Anthony Michael Hall and Brody Jenner lounged in the VIP
section. Stars like Paris Hilton took home snaps of themselves enjoying the
party, taken by a roving photographer circulating throughout the event.
