financial and lending services industries, has just been named Chief
Technology Officer by eCommLink, a top provider of branded, full-service

Smith's role is to oversee the growth and management of the firm's
technology infrastructure, architecture design, and application development
-- all while maintaining PCI compliance. He brings over 15 years of IT and
operations management experience in the card and payment industry to
eCommLink, a division of SellingSource.com, recently named Las Vegas'
fastest-growing technology company.

projects. Smith also managed technical teams providing development support
for 18 business units in 26 regional and international sites, all while
managing a $250 million annual operating budget. Smith has also held
management roles at American Express Corporation, IBM, and GTE
Communications Systems.
