York-based fine arts consultancy, announced today that it has successfully
completed its two-year on-site engagement on behalf of DJT Fine Art. DJT
Fine Art is highly regarded by its discerning clientele for its collection
of original works by 20th Century American and European Masters. Featured
artwork includes pieces from the Abstract, New York Pop, and COBRA
movements, as well as works by Picasso, Matisse, Chagall, Basquiat, Warhol,
Haring, Johns, and Hockney.
    Henry Welt, the principal of H. Welt & Company and a recognized
collector of 20th Century works on paper, provided strategic and conceptual
guidance to DJT Fine Art in matters relating to the establishment of a
street-level Chelsea gallery, the creation of a European joint venture,
lease negotiation, and management planning. Mr. Welt oversaw the
establishment of DJT Prints, a DJT division focusing on fine art prints and
works on paper, as well as the integration of that division into the DJT
Fine Art business. In addition, Mr. Welt personally provided on-site
counsel in gallery management, inventory procurement, and advertising and
marketing campaigns.
