at The American Association of Debt Management Organizations (AADMO) during
its Spring Conference at the Trump International Sonesta Beach Resort in Miami
from May 4-6, 2005.  AADMO is the credit counseling and debt management
industry's largest trade association with nearly 150 members nationwide.
