NEW YORK, March 18 /PRNewswire/ -- A California based pet safety
program announced today that they are giving away more than $20,000 in pet
safety and travel products from the Volvo booth at the NY auto show. There
will be Pet Safety Systems, Pet Car Seats, and Pet Travel Products for pet
parents to see and win. FREE to Pet Parents (dogs not allowed in show) at
the Volvo booth -- you will receive a certificate to Le Pet Spa in NY for

The Bark Buckle UP Safety Awards and Pet Safety and Travel Giveaway are
set for March 21st opening day, from the Volvo booth in the New York
International Auto Show. Bark Buckle UP to award Volvo the Pet SAFE vehicle
of choice in America. Special guest Animal Fair Magazine's Pet Lifestyle
Expert Wendy Diamond will announce The Fourth Annual Cesar(R) Five Dog Bone
Awards. This annual award, the first of its kind, recognizes the
significant role that pets play in our lives and the establishments that
cater to them, with recipients selected based upon their excellence in
pet-friendly travel and product services, as well as their recognition of
the importance of people with pets. Each category winner was awarded for
its travel friendliness and overall sense of accommodating style. There are
seven specialized categories, including Pet-Friendly Airline, Automobile,
Destination, Hotel, Product, Resort and Animal Shelter. There will also be
some furry friends from the Humane Society of New York to help demonstrate
proper pet buckling procedures on March 20th Media Day at 3pm.
The mission of Bark Buckle UP is to save pets' lives by promoting
