Legislation would have threatened First Amendment freedoms
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., May 3 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Focus on the

statement in response to President Bush's pledge to veto H.R. 1592, the
Hate Crimes Act, if it reaches his desk:
