Road trippers to enhance adventures with mobile devices
LIBERTYVILLE, Ill., July 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Today Motorola
launches Motorola Road Trips (http://www.motorola.com/us/roadtrips), an
interactive Web site that can show the 115 million consumers who will hit
the road between July 4th and Labor Day how to maximize the use of the
features on their mobile phones and their Bluetooth(TM) accessories. The
Motorola Road Trips Web site is an online community where road trippers can
plan and share their road trip experiences, including learning how to use
their mobile devices to post, blog and share trips and memories from the
road.*
Motorola Road Trips offers one of the Web's largest collections of road
trip tech tips that explain how to use often overlooked mobile device
features to help make summer road trip planning and travel easier and more
memorable. The site also features destination information, travel news,
product suggestions and user comments.
In an online community gallery, road trippers can use popular social
networking sites to aggregate their photos, videos, blog postings, and
more. When uploading content online, simply tag media with the term
"mototrips" and it will instantly be added to the Motorola Road Trips user
gallery.
As road travelers explore the country this summer and use the site to
share their experiences, Motorola Road Trips will continue to grow and
redefine how road trips can be made better with mobile technologies.
