Also Honored as a "2007 China Software Independent-Innovation Top 100 Model
                                Enterprise"

SHENZHEN, China, July 30 /Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- China Public
Security Technology, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: CPBY) ("China Public
Security" or "the Company"), a leading provider of public security
information technology and Geographic Information Systems ("GIS") software
services, today announced that Shenzhen (iASPEC) Software Engineering
Company Limited ("iASPEC"), its exclusive contracting partner, has been
awarded Level-1 Certification for Computer Information System Integration
from China's Ministry of Information Industry and has been honored at the
China International Software & Information Service Fair 2007 as one of the
2007 Top 100 Model Enterprises.
In order to undertake public security related projects in China,
companies must possess certain qualifications and certifications, and have
successful project execution experience as well as a strong financial
position. The Level-1 Certification for Computer Information System
Integration is the highest level of certification granted by the Ministry
of Information Industry and only a limited number of companies have been
granted this certification. Level-1 Certification is an entry pass to
bidding on large-scale, public security, computer system integration
projects in China, and is based on, among other things, historical
performance in connection with large-scale implementation, a company's
number of domestic employees and a company's amount of registered capital.
Only companies with Level-1 Certification are qualified to bid and execute
state-level, province/ministry-level or industry- level computer
information system construction projects in China. iASPEC's certification
number is Z1440320070251.
iASPEC was also honored at the China International Software &
Information Service ("CISIS") Fair 2007 as one of the "2007 China Software
Independent- Innovation Top 100 Model Enterprises." The sequencing of "Top
100" China software companies is an important measure promoted since 2006
by CISIS and 21st Century Economic Report, the leading commercial newspaper
media in China, to publicize the development achievement of the software
industry in China and to lead such enterprises to grow in size and
strength. iASPEC's honor is based on a strict appraisal index system that
assesses human and financial capital, technology and execution capabilities
and the benefits of scientific achievements.
"We are very pleased with the grant of Level-1 Certification and the
honored title to our exclusive strategic partner, iASPEC," said Mr. Jiang
Huai Lin, the Company's CEO. These honors are an indication of our advanced
technology development capabilities and further strengthen our ability to
win new contracts and expand our market to other regions in China."
