FanDome was developed by two friends, Ricky Joshi and Karim Motani, who
connected at Dartmouth College and found they both had a love of sports,
but couldn't find enough content without either geographically being in the
town of their favorite team or by scouring the internet and visiting
multiple sites for hours on end. Their frustration coupled with their love
of sports led them to pursue the development of a site that would bring
sports fans together in one singular digital location where they could
enjoy every form of sports media.

"Growing up in Columbus, Ohio, there was a sense of passion for Ohio
State sports that permeated your life - it was unavoidable really - and I
used to love hanging out with my childhood friends on the cul-de-sac
talking football and basketball," said Ricky, FanDome's chief strategic
officer.

But when I went away to college, I lost that integral connection and I
longed for more OSU updates than I could find from afar. The birth of
FanDome allowed me to rekindle that passion and meet other fans who
fervently love their sports teams too."

FanDome is designed from a sports fan perspective and centers around
three key components - teams, videos and fans.

TEAMS: The ever-growing site houses a network of more than 600 owned
and affiliated sports team communities at the professional and collegiate
levels. The flagship Ohio State University community - dubbed "buckeyedome"
- provides content for the avid Buckeye fan. On the OSU football page, one
can read one of multiple Buckeye blogs, read OSU-specific news via the
"news surfer," receive the latest updates from news sources covering the
team, and scan key Big Ten and college football headlines. Fans can also
view categorized videos from past and present and vote on the clips, join a
forum, check out the team roster and players, and interact with other OSU
fans that have created a profile expressing their OSU fandom.

VIDEOS: The videos are the most popular feature as FanDome hosts more
than 40,000 (at launch time) highly categorized sports videos. FanDome is
the first site to offer a dedicated sports video library and enable fans to
upload all of their sports videos to one place where fans come to watch
them.

FANS: FanDome is not only fashioned by sports fans, but it is a unique
platform for fans to express themselves through video, blogs, and a social
network built around team allegiances. Fans can vote on sports videos with
a "thumbs up" or "thumbs down" rating system, add video content to the
site, create their own personal fan profiles, participate in forums, and
more. FanDome applications are already quickly-becoming a popular "add" on
MySpace.com with more than 180,000 fans adding FanDome applications to
their profiles during FanDome's soft launch period.

Ricky and Karim developed and beta tested the site under the guidance
of Kaleidoscope Sports and Entertainment LLC, a division of the Interpublic
Group. Kaleidoscope CEO Ray Volpe and President Tony Andrea have been major
players in the sports media and marketing world for 30 years and have
worked with everyone from the NFL to the American Film Institute. "As
lifelong sports fans ourselves, we were able to appreciate the value of the
site immediately," said Andrea, managing director of FanDome. "There
clearly was no singular place on the internet to quickly and easily find
all the best sports content, and FanDome brings that to fruition."

In addition to FanDome.com, FanDome is building an affiliate network of
sports blogs and fan sites that will broadcast its video content across the
web to passionate sports fans. The FanDome Network currently boasts 50
partner sites, with new sites joining every day.

Over the coming months, FanDome is perfecting a technology that will
empower sports fans to upload sports video clips directly to FanDome from
their mobile units, thus further advancing FanDome's goal of becoming the
single largest repository of sports videos anywhere in the world.

FanDome.com is operated by the FanDome Team based in New York City. For
