    Zone4Play, Inc. (OTC BB:ZFPI.OB - News) leading content provider of
Interactive games on multiple platforms and RCN Corporation (Nasdaq: RCNC) of
Princeton, NJ, launch play-for-fun casino games package on Interactive TV in
the greater Chicago area and the Village of Skokie.
    RCN Corporation, a facilities-based competitive provider of bundled
phone, cable and high-speed Internet services in the greater Chicago area,
launched an interactive programming service consisting of interactive casino
games designed and developed by Zone4Play, Inc. The company recently
announced the launch of its Digital City platform, allowing customers to
receive digital cable television, MegaModem Mach 3 SM and Mach 5 SM Internet
service, with up to 5Mbps of downstream speed. RCN is also the only Chicago
area provider that also offers Video on Demand (VOD), Subscription Video on
Demand (SVOD), and High-Definition Television (HDTV) services.
    The games are all Play-for-Fun oriented and provided on an interactive
basis. The games include Slots machine, Video Poker, Roulette, Blackjack,
Battle Royale (War) and Caribbean Poker.
    The games can be played by using a point balance method in a risk-free
environment. Soon, a dynamic leader board will be featured and refreshed to
include those players with a truly competitive streak. Future offerings, to
be launched over the coming months, include Multi-player games enabling
Tournaments and encourage a sense of community. The Two-Way content will be
launched with compelling e-Management applications to track and provision the
service activity, provided by Zone4Play, Inc.

middleware platform and offer superior award winning graphics and easy to

    Zone4Play won 1st place at the NDS Neddies awards contest in June 2001
