WagerWeb.com Offers Odds on: Which of the New, Dynamic 'Apprentices' Will Be Left Standing After the Donald Trump Firing Finger of Fate Is Finally Finished?

ZAPOTE, Costa Rica, Sept. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- The first season of the Donald
Trump sleeper-phenom production, "The Apprentice," went out with the kind of
stunning ratings, juicy gossip and reality fanfare that has left the public
hungering for more. A second season now is a foregone conclusion, and most of
us can't wait to sweat the series with the new tycoons-on-training-wheels.
The first, loosely-scripted show featured 16 hand-picked contestants vying
for the opportunity to become president of a division in the Trump
Corporation, while earning six figures; that's $250,000, for a one-year
contract. Last season's winner, businessman-entrepreneur Bill Rancic, 32, who
left his own thriving, multi-million dollar cigar enterprise to participate,
is the only person to hear Uncle Donald's authoritative, "You're hired!" He
won out over 215,000 others who applied for the job. As a reward, he will
oversee the construction of the Trump International Hotel and Tower building
in Chicago.
As for the fate of mega real-estate developer Trump, four Emmy nominations
in a first try are certainly enough to guarantee him future fun opportunities
to fire squadrons of novice tycoons.
The second intriguing season of "The Apprentice," beginning September 9
and running about 19 weeks, will feature 18 hopefuls, male and female, ranging
in age from 23 to 37. From most walks of life, they include street-wise and
swarthy marketing directors, to ivy-league lawyers and venture capitalists.
They are all photogenic, which will not hurt ratings either. To maintain the
viewer interest factor, Trump will weekly point his index finger at his latest
victim and, wearing a mock triumphant scowl, pronounce, "You're fired."
"The second season of this outstanding Reality TV spectacular has
generated the kind of unusual excitement among fans that is strongly
reminiscent of March Madness," said Dave Johnson, CEO of WagerWeb.com. The
show looks unstoppable. The third season is a sure thing; the participants
have already been selected, and a fourth is surely on the drawing table. The
series is certain to continue to draw those many fans hooked on high adrenalin
power drama."

WagerWeb.com is pleased to offer odds on: "Which of the 18 contestants on
the second season of 'The Apprentice,' reality TV show, will Donald Trump
ultimately hire?"

    About WagerWeb.com
WagerWeb is a privately held, offshore, online, gaming company. It is
fully licensed and is located in beautiful San Jose, Costa Rica, a major
center of online gaming. It got into the business in a very deliberate and
independent way. Nine years ago, several staffers, now management of WagerWeb,
got together to review the state of the online gambling industry. They quickly
concluded that there was extraordinary potential for success, and they also
realized there was a clear need for a professional, secure and service driven
facility for the growing numbers of online players. Characteristically, the
WagerWeb planners got off to a quick start. WagerWeb created a modest internet
business that appeared to meet the perceived need. During the intervening
years since then, it has continually proved it has the right formula because
it has grown and improved every year. Today, it is part of an expanding
affiliate network that includes over 50 sports book companies. WagerWeb now
offers online and telephone sports betting, casino gambling, horse racing and
Poker rooms. It specializes in propositional wagering, in fact, it appears to
be setting the example and leading the way. Behind the action and the play
offered by WagerWeb is a knowledgeable and respected staff. They recognize the
universal fact that players, i.e., their many guests, come first. Customer
service, we are told, is more than a polite catch-phrase, it is more like a
way of life at WagerWeb. The staff continually strives to ensure the security,
privacy, and quick service for all of their customers.
