the hiring of George Neiman as a Senior Vice President for fixed-income
institutional sales.

Bova said Neiman will focus on institutional fixed-income sales, helping
institutions with their investments needs. For the past 10 years, Neiman has
been an institutional salesman, most recently with RBC Dain Rauscher. Before
that, Neiman was a portfolio manager for the Federal Home Loan Bank of
Pittsburgh.
