In Recognition
Effective May 1, 1998, Jerome ("Jerry") Spevack will officially relinquish his responsibilities as Vice Chairman and a Director of the Company. Mr. Spevack, 65, joined the organization in 1967 and has served as an executive officer and Director. He will remain involved with the Company as a consultant. Through his guidance and leadership for more than 30 years, he has significantly impacted the history of Associated Estates. We will miss his day-to-day involvement with our operations.
