and worker safety, while
reducing costs
- Have work platforms
mounted either at the
end of telescoping and/or
articulating booms or on
top of scissor-type or other
vertical lifting mechanisms,
which, in turn, are mounted
on four-wheel chassis
- Powered by electric
motors or gasoline, diesel
or propane engines
- Designed for stable operation
in elevated positions
and can be driven by the
operator from full working
height, except for push-around
models
Boom Lifts
PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
- Designed to reach over equipment
and machinery mounted on
floors and over other obstacles not
easily approached by other vertical
lifting devices
- Can attain platform heights of
up to 150 feet
- Can be rotated 360 degrees
in either direction, be raised or
lowered from vertical to below
horizontal and be extended while
work platform remains horizontal
and stable
- Can be maneuvered forward or
backward and steered in any direction
by the operator from the work
platform with the boom extended
